Raised Garden Project – Prepping on a budget
Raised Garden Project
Prepping on a budget – raised gardens. We bought a house with 18 raised gardens. In this DIY video series, we will restore them to their former glory. Be sure to watch both of our videos below!

Video Part 2
After a one year hiatus, I am back and making new videos. I’m starting over on my preps. (It is not the end of the world if you lose your preps for the end of the world…)
I’m remarried to an apprentice prepper (@peaceofsand). We recently bought a house and are beginning our journey into preparedness together. We want to share our experience with you.
The house had 17 raised garden beds (I say 18 from time to time because there will be 18 when I’m done). They were in disrepair and as one of my first projects, I wanted to repair them. While this is a long term project, I wanted to get enough done this spring to enable me to get at least some crops in the ground this year. This project is in conjunction with my heirloom seed project. (Video coming soon!)
Next year, I should have everything up and running. For normal times, I want to be able to produce a lot of food. Should S ever HTF, I would be able to ramp up the production substantially and would already have everything I need on hand – seed included.
Thanks for watching our videos and please share them with others you know.
-Mike
